1. Order Policy

• Minimum Order Value: ₹150.00 (excluding shipping)
• All orders are processed only after successful confirmation (Prepaid or Partial COD advance)
• Product images on the website are for representation purposes. Actual product color, shape, or packaging may vary slightly
• We reserve the right to cancel or limit the quantity of any order based on stock availability or regional logistics limitations

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Same-day or next-day dispatch for orders placed before 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
• Sunday pickups are not available — orders placed after 5:30 PM Saturday or anytime Sunday will be dispatched the following working day
• Estimated delivery time: 1 to 4 working days, depending on your location and courier partner
• You will receive tracking details via WhatsApp or SMS once your order is shipped
• We deliver across India using reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely deliveries

3. Payment Policy

Prepaid Orders

100% payment upfront via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, or other supported methods.

Partial COD Orders

• A 30% non-refundable advance must be paid online at the time of placing the order
• The remaining 70% is payable in cash upon delivery
• Orders without the advance will not be confirmed or dispatched

4. Cancellation Policy

• Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled after shipping
• For COD orders, the advance is non-refundable in case of: refusal to accept the parcel, incorrect delivery address, or recipient unavailable at the time of delivery

5. Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns based on taste preference or personal choice. Replacements will be provided only if you received a wrong product or a damaged item during transit.

6. Pricing & Offers

All product prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice. From time to time, we offer exclusive combo deals, discounts, and gifts to enhance customer value. If a pricing error is discovered after order placement, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order, with a refund initiated if applicable.

7. Data Privacy

All personal data collected (name, number, address, payment info) is used strictly for order processing and communication. We do not share or sell your data with third parties. By placing an order, you agree to receive order updates, promotional messages, and follow-ups via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

8. Legal & Governing Law

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. We reserve the right to amend or update these terms at any time — it is your responsibility to review them before placing an order.
